I currently offer online lessons and in person teaching in the Baltimore-Washington area.

My teaching reflects years of teaching, playing professionally, and private study with a diverse group of musicians including Danny Gatton, Paul Bolleback, Mike Stern, Charlie Banacos, Garry Dial, and Dr. Asher Zlotnik.

I specialize in the training required to be a jazz/commercial guitarist, but students of all styles levels and ages are welcome.

 

Lessons are tailored to the needs of each student but include topics such as:

-picking technique

-fingerstyle technique

-scales arpeggios

-improvisation

-theory and fretboard harmony

-composition

-musicianship

-sight reading

-repertoire.
